My name is Pablo Martínez and I am fortunate to have gained a large technical experience  with ships. I spent almost 20 years at sea and made it up to the chief engineer position.

Life at sea is never easy, but I was happy to take the challenge and, to be honest, I did enjoy my time at sea.

Then, I was offered a role in the company office in London and since that time I have taken positions like Technical Superintendent, Technical Manager and Technical Director for different companies worlwide.

I have worked for blue chip organizations like Golar LNG, NYK, BP and others. Over the years, I gained a large experience in the most challenging types of ships like LPG and LNG vessels with a reliquefaction plant, ethylene carriers, VLCCs and chemical carriers.

Today, I run my own Company ACM as a marine consultant. We provide technical expertise and services to ship owners, ship managers, shipyards, engineering companies and other organizations, mainly in the maritime field.

ACM as a company was established in July 2022, cooperating  with TGE Marine Gas Engineering in a project involving the installation of the LNG fuel plants for two container vessels built in the USA.

ACM can help you with:

  • Technical troubleshooting in any type of ships
  • Safety and pre-purchase inspections
  • Accident investigation
  • Risk analysis
  • Project Management, whether on site or office-based
  • And virtually anything related to the technical management of ships. Please check with me for any special needs your Company might have.

Our experience encompasses all type of ships, especially LNG, LPG, ethylene carriers and oil tankers.

It is worth mentioning that one of our specialisation areas is HVAC&R, not only marine installations, but also shore-based (I particularly hold a professional license for design and installation of HVAC&R plants).
